East of Highway 99, contact the Elk Grove Water Works at 916-685-3556. If your home is West of Highway 99, you should contact Sacramento County Utility Billing Service, 916-875-5555.

Government

Elk Grove is the second largest city in Sacramento County. The City of Elk Grove web site is a good starting point for city services.
